The Mega Move Alliance AGM 2026 took place last week in Dubrovnik, Croatia, bringing together project cargo and heavy lift specialists from across the global network, along with delegates from our sister groups.

Over the course of a few days, members had the opportunity to connect in person, strengthen existing relationships, and build new partnerships in a more focused and collaborative environment.

One of the key strengths of the Mega Move Alliance model is the emphasis on quality over quantity. Rather than large-scale, exhibition-style events, the AGM is designed to facilitate meaningful, one-to-one discussions between companies that are actively involved in project cargo and heavy lift operations.

This year’s meeting in Dubrovnik reflected that approach well.

Conversations were centred around live projects, current trade lanes, and where members can support each other commercially. As a result, we are already seeing business opportunities begin to develop directly from discussions held during the event.

For many members, the ability to move from initial introductions to active collaboration within such a short timeframe is where the real value of the network becomes clear.

We would like to thank all members who took the time to attend and contribute to the success of the event. It was great to reconnect with familiar faces and welcome new companies into the group.

As Mega Move Alliance continues to grow, the focus remains on building a strong, engaged network of trusted project cargo partners worldwide.
