Fr8 Logistics was set up in 2004 to fill a gap in the Vanuatu market which included a full suite of project freight forwarding services, customs brokerage, air and sea services.
Their offices are conveniently located on wharf road, 900 metres or so from the main wharf and Customs and 7.5km from the airport.
Fr8 Logistics has since become the main provider for support in logistical services within Vanuatu and is relied upon by such overseas NGO as Red Cross, UNICEF and World Food Program who respond to major events such as Cyclone Pam in 2015.
Fr8 Logistics is the preferred handler for most of the Diplomatic Corps and Financial institutions in Port Vila.
FR8 has two off-wharf Customs Controlled Area Licences with warehousing, trucks and forklifts, fully CCTV covered, which this allows us to offer storage facilities as well as the provision of unpacking and transport services, handling both exports and imports.
FR8’s reputation is built on a freight logistics capability without equal in Vanuatu, being the only shipping agent with the capacity take on all freight forwarding activities, including interisland distribution.
