Project Cargo & Specialized Logistics

WOM manages complex logistics operations including hazardous chemicals, heavy lift cargo, special containers, perishable shipments, and full vessel loads.

The projects division handles over 7,000 TEUs annually across industrial and government projects locally and internationally.

WOM has also executed major turnkey projects, including the transport and delivery of cable car systems (112 units) from China to Jordan, covering vessel chartering, heavy-lift handling, and inland transportation.

Jordan Bromine Company / Albemarle – Antwerp Route

• Over 8,000 TEUs annually via Aqaba (Transport, custom Clearance, port operation & Sea Freight)
• 350 ISO Tanks basis ship / return to China, Europe & USA including IMO Class 8 materials
• Full scope: documentation, customs clearance, trucking, positioning, and coordination

In addition, WOM manages over 12,000 TEUs, 1,500 ISO tanks, and 5,000 import transactions annually for Jordan Bromine Company, including cross-docking and handling of high-hazardous cargo (IMO Class 9).

Overland Transportation Capabilities

Our logistics partners operate a fleet of 106 trailers serving export and import cargo movements with full door-to-door services.

Operations include:

• Licensed transport for containers, Ro-Ro units, and general cargo
• Handling 10,000+ truckloads annually
• GPS-equipped fleet with tracking and route optimization
• Haulier liability insurance coverage up to 24,000 JOD per shipment

WOM operates one of the largest specialized fleets in Jordan, including lowbed trailers (up to 100 meters) for oversized cargo and heavy-lift transport, supporting major infrastructure and energy projects such as wind turbine blade transportation exceeding 89 meters.

WOM has extensive experience in humanitarian and UN logistics operations, including:

• WHO Project: Handling export and sea freight of 40 ambulances and mobile clinics from Zarqa Free Zone to Yemen via Salalah Port
• UN Peacekeeping Logistics: Full transport, clearance, and delivery services

WOM also manages WFP aid shipments to Gaza, including cargo handling, consolidation, storage, and distribution operations.

Military & Government Logistics

• Execution of Jordan Armed Forces transportation tender for three years
• Handling US Military logistics operations in 2025
• Distribution of COVID-19 vaccines nationwide
• Handling WFP aid shipments to Gaza (50 trucks weekly)
