Mega Move Alliance at Breakbulk Middle East Dubai

3 min read

Last week, Mega Move Alliance was proud to exhibit at Breakbulk Middle East in Dubai, one of the most important global events for the project cargo, heavy lift, and breakbulk industry.

The event marked another strong step forward for MMA as a growing, active alliance, and provided an excellent opportunity to reconnect with members, meet new prospects, and continue building momentum ahead of our upcoming AGM in April.

Strong visibility with our own MMA booth

This year, MMA attended with a dedicated booth designed fully in our own branding. Having a clear physical presence allowed us to showcase the identity of Mega Move Alliance properly, while giving members and visitors a natural space to stop, talk, and learn more about the network.

The booth attracted a steady flow of conversations throughout the event and helped reinforce MMA’s position as a focused, specialist alliance for project cargo forwarders.

Reconnecting with MMA members

One of the highlights of Breakbulk Middle East was the chance to meet several MMA members in person once again. While much of our collaboration happens day to day across borders, there is real value in face to face conversations, especially as we move closer to our AGM in Croatia this April.

Catching up with members ahead of the AGM allowed us to discuss upcoming plans, collaboration opportunities, and shared expectations for what is shaping up to be a very strong year for the alliance.

Positive conversations with new prospects

Beyond reconnecting with existing members, Breakbulk Middle East also gave us the opportunity to speak with a wide range of interesting and well qualified prospects, particularly from the Middle East and Asia.

We had many constructive discussions with companies that align closely with MMA’s project cargo focus. These conversations are now continuing post event.

As always, our priority remains quality over quantity. The interest we saw in Dubai reflects a growing awareness of MMA and the value of an active, engaged network built around collaboration rather than simple listings.

All eyes on Dubrovnik this April

With Breakbulk Middle East behind us, our full focus now turns to our upcoming AGM in Dubrovnik, taking place in April.

The AGM will bring members together once again to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and build real business opportunities across the network. Following the energy and engagement we experienced in Dubai, we are confident that Dubrovnik will be a standout event and a key milestone in MMA’s continued growth.

We would like to thank everyone who took the time to visit the MMA booth, reconnect with us, and share meaningful conversations during Breakbulk Middle East. We look forward to continuing those discussions and welcoming our members to Croatia very soon.
