**Spouses are allowed to attend the evening social functions only. They will not be allowed to enter the meeting venue or attend the one to one meetings.

Refunds will be offered as follows:

• Cancellation 90 days before the event – full refund
• Cancellation between 45 – 90 days prior to the – 50% refund
• Cancellation with less than 45 days of the event – no refunds available
